name, address, or any other personal or contact information with any third party.
Shipping Policies
All online orders placed with Red Dog Music Books are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via e-mail or telephone requesting additional information.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address, email, and telephone number.
Each order is acknowledged by a confirmation e-mail

First Class Mail
All orders to U.S., APO/FPO, and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail.
All orders to other countries are shipped via First-Class International Mail.
SHIPPING RATES AND TERMS
United States and APO/FPO
1. Payment: U.S. customers may order online using credit card.
USPS Postal Money Order is accepted from U.S. customers (50 states only) who want to order and pay by mail (please click the Payment Methods link for additional information regarding Postal Money Order purchases).
2. Shipping: The shipping/handling fee for U.S. orders of any size is only $4.95.
Our special "one rate" $4.95 shipping charge is applied to all U.S. and APO/FPO orders.
3. Virginia orders: 5% sales tax will be added at checkout.
4. U.S. and APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail.
5. U.S. orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt of cleared payment.
APO and FPO - Checkout Procedures
1. Telephone number is required for online customs form.
2. Valid E-mail is required for online customs form.
3. Name of recipient is required.
4. Please enter APO or FPO in the CITY field during checkout.
5. Please enter region (AE, AA, AP) in the STATE field during checkout.
6. Select UNITED STATES from the drop-down list of countries, regardless of where recipient is stationed.
7. Please allow five days after payment clearance for shipment of APO/FPO orders.
Puerto Rico
Shipping rates to Puerto Rico are the same as U.S. (above).

Canada
1. We accept online credit card payment for Canadian orders.
2. Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for the first book is $6.95.
Please add $2.00 shipping/handling for each additional book.
Examples:
- One (1) book will be shipped to Canada for a shipping/handling fee of $6.95.
- Two (2) books will be shipped to Canada for a shipping/handling fee of $8.95, etc.
4. Canadian orders are shipped via First-Class International Mail.
5. Canadian orders are generally shipped within three business days of receipt of cleared payment.

United Kingdom
1. Payment: We accept online credit card payment for U.K. orders.
2. Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for the first book is $12.95.
Please add $2.00 shipping/handling for each additional book.
Examples:
- One (1) book will be shipped to U.K. for a shipping/handling fee of $12.95.
- Two (2) books will be shipped to U.K. for a shipping/handling fee of $14.95, etc.
3. U.K. orders are shipped via First-Class International Mail.
4. U.K. orders are shipped within three to five business days of receipt of cleared payment.

International Orders: Difficulty with Checkout?
Sometimes the checkout manager has difficulty processing addresses or phone numbers from locations outside the U.S.
If you encounter difficulty or an error message when trying to checkout, please email us your name, address, telephone number, and order items. We will then email you an invoice that is easily and securely processed outside the cart.
Please do not send your credit card payment information with your email request, as that information will be needed only when you pay for your merchandise. Thank you!
International Orders to Countries Other Than Canada and U.K.
Please see the list above (Where We Sell and Ship) for ordering availabilty.
1. Payment: We accept online credit card payment for international orders.
2. Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for the first book is $12.95.
Please add $2.00 shipping/handling for each additional book.
Examples:
- One (1) book will be shipped to eligible countries for a shipping/handling fee of $12.95.
- Two (2) books will be shipped to eligible countries for a shipping/handling fee of $14.95, etc.
Exception to international shipping fee: Puerto Rico orders are shipped at the U.S. shipping rates specified above, via USPS First-Class Mail. However, other terms listed here apply to Puerto Rico orders.
4. All international orders are shipped via First-Class International Mail.
5. Non-Canadian International orders are generally shipped within three to five business days following receipt of cleared payment.

Additional International Shipping Terms
1. First-time International customers may order a limit of three or less items.
2. All international customers must supply the following:
- A street address for shipping
- A valid email address
- A telephone number
3. Some international addresses will not fit the order form. If your address does not fit, please e-mail it to us, and we may email you for clarification if necessary.
4. A completed customs receipt will be filled out honestly, and attached to each international order. Buyer is responsible for payment of taxes, tariffs, duties, and any fees that may be assessed in his or her home country.
5. Delivery times may be impacted by delays during customs processing.
6. E-mail notification will be sent to each customer upon receipt of order.
7. Please allow up to three weeks from date of shipment until date of delivery. Delivery times can be delayed by customs procedures and other circumstances beyond the seller's control.
8. All shipping charges, to and from the buyer (both ways), will be applied to any international order that is refused at the time of delivery and returned to sender.
Damaged or Wrong-Item Exchange
1. If your book arrives damaged due to negligence by the Postal Service, you may return it for a same-item exchange. Cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
2. Please e-mail to request a Return Authorization number and instructions for the return of your damaged item.
3. If we mail you the wrong book, please contact us for permission to return it. We will cover shipping expenses and mail the correct book, with apologies, upon receipt of the returned book in good condition.
4. Except for the conditions stated above (1, 2, 3), all music book sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be made for any reason. Please read all product descriptions carefully.
